"Baptist Healing Trust Grant"
Baptist Healing Trust of Nashville, TN, has awarded a 2008 grant of $48,092 for a new Wellness Program for the group homes in Middle Tennessee, specifically Stoneway Acres in Lebanon and Brooks House at Lake Park in Hermitage. This program will provide a regimine of exercise, nutrition, and healthcare professional oversight in order to improve residents' health and quality of life.
